CEREM Welcomes Delegation from Tsinghua University (04 February, 2026)

The Center of Excellence for Research in Engineering Materials (CEREM), King Saud University, was pleased to receive a distinguished delegation of approximately 20 accomplished students, accompanied by their professor, from Tsinghua University.

During their visit, the delegation toured CEREM’s state-of-the-art laboratories and advanced research facilities. The students were introduced to the Center's high-end scientific instrumentation and research infrastructure supporting work in materials science, energy storage technologies, nanotechnology, and sustainable engineering solutions.

The visitors expressed appreciation for CEREM’s world-class facilities and the breadth of its multidisciplinary research activities. They particularly noted the integration of diverse research areas within a single center, fostering innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The visit provided an opportunity for informal academic discussions between CEREM researchers and the visiting students, reflecting the Center's commitment to strengthening international academic engagement and promoting scientific exchange in alignment with the strategic vision of King Saud University.
